About Quartz Store
Who We Are
We spent years in the kitchen trade before starting Quartz Store, and the one thing that always frustrated us was the pricing model. Worktops are not complicated products. A slab of engineered quartz goes from factory to fabricator to fitter to your kitchen. Yet somewhere between those steps, the cost doubles — sometimes triples.
We set out to simplify that. Quartz Store is a trading name of Flavoureak UK Ltd, based in Cardiff (company number 16410737, VAT number GB492581461). We source Great 8 Strata Quartz directly from the manufacturer and work with specialist fabrication partners across the UK.
We are not a faceless online retailer. The people who answer your emails are the same people who plan your installation. No call centres, no sales scripts, no commission-driven advice. If you ring us, you get someone who knows stone.
What We Do
We supply and fit premium quartz worktops at fixed, transparent prices. A single 20mm slab starts from £2,304 inc. VAT — and that price includes everything. Supply, site visit, laser digital templating to 0.5mm, CNC fabrication, professional fitting, standard cutouts, drainer grooves, upstands, waste removal, and a 10-year warranty. There is nothing left to add.
We also supply kitchen doors from PWS — the UK's largest independent kitchen door manufacturer — along with handleless rail systems, handles, sinks, taps, lighting, and kitchen storage. Everything you need for a complete kitchen refresh without the kitchen showroom price tag. Browse our full range in the shop.
We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Our fitting teams work from regional bases, so there is no "London price" and no "Scotland surcharge". The price you see is the price you pay, wherever you are on the mainland.
How We're Different
No middleman markup. Kitchen showrooms typically add 40–60% to the cost of a worktop. That margin pays for the showroom lease, the sales team, the branded brochures, and the coffee machine. We cut all of that out. You get the same stone, fabricated to the same standard, fitted by experienced tradespeople — just without the overheads baked into the price.
Fixed pricing. Other companies quote supply separately from templating, fabrication, fitting, and cutouts. By the time you have added everything up, the real cost is £800–£1,500 higher than the headline figure they first showed you. We include everything from the start so you know exactly what you are paying before you commit. No deposits disappearing into a black hole.
Our own fitters. We do not subcontract to whoever happens to be available that week. Our fitting teams have a minimum of five years' experience working specifically with quartz worktops. They use laser digital templating accurate to 0.5mm because even a 2mm error shows when stone meets wall. If you want to know more about why this matters, read our article on site visits and digital templating.
The Quartz We Use
We sell the Great 8 Strata range: eight carefully selected colours that cover the vast majority of what kitchens actually need. From deep ebony (Strata Cosmos) to clean white (Morning Frost), with marble-effect veining (Strata Palmyra, Marbled White) and contemporary greys (Grey Enigma, Imperial) in between. You can browse all eight colours in our quartz worktops collection.
Every slab is engineered from 93% natural quartz — the fourth-hardest mineral on Earth. The result is a surface that is non-porous (0.02% water absorption), never needs sealing, resists scratches from everyday kitchen use, and carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty. Unlike natural stone, the colour and pattern are consistent from slab to slab, so what you see in your sample is what you get on your worktop.

Our Process
Getting quartz worktops fitted through us takes four steps: choose your surface, book and pay online, we visit and template, then we fabricate and fit. The whole thing typically takes two to three weeks from order to finished kitchen. We have laid out every detail on our How It Works page — including exactly what happens at the site visit and on fitting day.
