UK mainland
- Free UK delivery on orders over £1,000 inc VAT
- £19 flat-rate delivery on orders under £1,000 inc VAT
- Typical delivery window: 5–10 working days for in-stock items
Quartz worktop installation
Every quartz worktop order includes a free site visit for templating, fabrication, and installation by our approved fitters. Typical timeline:
- Order placed online — availability confirmed within 3 working days
- Site visit within 5 working days of availability confirmation
- Fabrication 7–10 working days after templating
- Installation on your chosen date (typically 1 day on-site)
The installation crew will leave your kitchen functional and clean. Silicone cure time is 24 hours before the sink/tap can be used.
Highlands, Islands, and Offshore
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland are quoted individually. Lead times are typically 3–5 working days longer than mainland UK. Contact hello@quartzstore.co.uk with your postcode for a quote.
Republic of Ireland and EU
We ship doors, handles, and cabinet fittings to the Republic of Ireland and EU. Quartz worktops require UK fabrication and are not currently offered for EU delivery. Contact us for a quote.
Rest of world
For destinations outside the UK and EU, email hello@quartzstore.co.uk with your full address and we will quote by return.
Delivery inspection
Inspect all deliveries within 48 hours. If damaged, sign the proof of delivery as \'damaged\', photograph the damage, and email us within 7 working days. Claims cannot be accepted for items moved to a different address after delivery, or for signed-as-clear consignments that later turn out to be damaged.
Redelivery charges
If delivery is attempted during our operating hours but cannot be completed (no one at the address, access restricted, etc.), a redelivery charge applies based on the original delivery cost.
