Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of quartzstore.co.uk (the \'Site\') and the purchase of goods and services from Flavoureak UK Ltd (\'Quartz Store\', \'we\', \'us\'). By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.

1. About us

Quartz Store is a trading name of Flavoureak UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 15672024), registered office 16 Clos Synod, Cardiff, CF14 2PY. UK VAT number GB 469 1528 03.

2. Contract formation

A contract of sale is formed when we email you an order confirmation following your successful payment. Until that confirmation email reaches your inbox, no contract exists. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock shortage, pricing error, or inability to supply within a reasonable timeframe — in which case any sums paid are refunded in full.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices on the Site are shown inclusive and exclusive of VAT. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT applies at 20% for UK deliveries. B2B customers outside the UK may be zero-rated subject to valid VAT details being provided prior to order.

4. Site visit and dimensions

All quartz worktop orders include a free site visit for templating. We will confirm exact availability within 3 working days of your order. The site visit takes place before any fabrication begins, and any material changes to dimensions or layout identified at the visit may alter the final price — we will confirm in writing before proceeding.

5. Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £19 for orders under £1,000 and free for orders over £1,000. Quartz worktop delivery and installation is scheduled after templating, typically 10–14 working days after order. Overseas and non-mainland-UK deliveries are quoted individually.

6. Warranty

Quartz worktops carry a 10-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Kitchen doors, handles, sinks, taps and cabinet fittings carry the manufacturer\'s standard warranty (typically 2–5 years). The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, incorrect cleaning, impact damage, or fitting by a non-approved installer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including images, copy, diagrams, and software — is owned by Flavoureak UK Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for personal use; any other use requires our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods or services that give rise to the claim.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring claims in their local courts.
