Returns & Refunds

Quartz Store is operated by Flavoureak UK Ltd (company number 15672024, registered at 16 Clos Synod, Cardiff, CF14 2PY). This policy covers returns, refunds, and cancellations for orders placed on quartzstore.co.uk.

Cancelling before fabrication

Quartz worktop orders can be cancelled free of charge up until the point at which fabrication begins — typically 3–7 working days after your site visit. Cancel by emailing hello@quartzstore.co.uk or calling 0330 043 7780. We\'ll refund the full amount back to your original payment method within 5 working days.

After fabrication has started

Once we have cut a quartz slab to your specification, it cannot be reused for another customer. Cancellations received after fabrication has begun are subject to a cost-recovery charge equal to the slab and cutting costs incurred to date. We will always confirm these charges in writing before proceeding.

Non-worktop items

Kitchen doors, handles, sinks, taps, and cabinet components may be returned in original packaging and saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Pre-approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-returnable items include: drilled or machined goods, painted or paint-to-order doors, made-to-measure items, pre-assembled drawer boxes, and any goods not in their original packaging.

Damaged goods

Inspect all deliveries within 48 hours. If damaged: sign the proof of delivery as \'damaged\', photograph the damage and outer packaging, and email hello@quartzstore.co.uk within 7 working days. Claims cannot be accepted for items moved to a different address after delivery.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For any consumer rights query, contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.

How to return

Email hello@quartzstore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We\'ll confirm whether the item is returnable and arrange collection. Refunds process within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods in saleable condition.
