Channel Profile Handleless Rail is an angular profile that wraps over the top edge of the door, creating a subtle lip that serves as the finger-pull. Ref: CHANNEL/PROFILE/HANDLELESS/RAIL. Manufactured from aluminium, this rail delivers the handleless aesthetic that defines modern kitchen design.
The profile is fixed to the cabinet carcass rather than the door, so the door itself remains completely uninterrupted. This creates crisp shadow lines between units that give the kitchen a precise, architectural quality.
Pairs with all Quartz Store slab and flat-panel doors. The rail replaces traditional handles entirely, so every surface reads as a clean, unbroken plane.

Fitting Notes
Cut to length on site. Rails are supplied in standard lengths and must be cut to match your exact cabinet widths. Use a fine-toothed hacksaw or mitre saw with a non-ferrous blade for clean cuts.
Fixing position. The rail is fixed to the cabinet carcass between the base unit top rail and the underside of the worktop (for base units) or between wall unit base rail and the wall unit door (for wall units). Accurate measurement is essential.
Professional installation recommended. Handleless rail systems require precise alignment across multiple cabinets. A misalignment of even 1-2mm is visible across a run of units. We recommend professional installation unless you have experience with this type of system.
How much handleless rail do I need?
Measure the total width of all cabinets that need the rail, then add 10% for cutting waste. For a typical 3-metre kitchen run, order 3.3 linear metres. Remember to account for both base and wall units separately.
Can I cut the rail myself?
Yes, with care. Aluminium cuts cleanly with a fine-toothed hacksaw or a mitre saw fitted with a non-ferrous blade. File the cut end lightly to remove burrs. The key is accurate measurement — mark once, check twice, cut once.
Which finish matches my kitchen?
Match the rail to your other hardware — if your taps and sink are chrome or stainless, choose the brushed or silver rail. For darker kitchens with black taps, the anthracite or black finish creates a cohesive look. Champagne tones pair with brass-effect taps and lighting.
Does the rail work with any door style?
Handleless rails are designed for slab (flat-panel) doors. They do not work well with shaker or profiled doors because the door edge does not sit flush against the rail profile. Stick to flat-fronted doors for a clean result.
