Fitting Notes
Cabinet preparation. Remove any existing shelves from the base unit. The bin system sits on the floor of the carcass and is fixed to both side panels using the included brackets.
Door attachment. The front panel attaches to your existing cabinet door using the included brackets. When you open the door, the bin system pulls forward automatically. Adjust the brackets to align the door correctly after fitting.
Adjustment. The soft-close mechanism can be tensioned using the adjustment screws on the runner. Test the action several times after installation and fine-tune for smooth, quiet operation.
What cabinet size do I need?
This system requires a base unit with a minimum internal width of 300mm minimum. Check the internal carcass width, not the door width. Standard 720mm-high carcasses are compatible.
Can I separate recycling from general waste?
Yes. The system includes separate compartments with removable inner buckets. Each bucket lifts out independently for emptying and cleaning. Colour-coded lids help the household sort consistently.
Does it smell?
The integrated lid seals when the drawer is closed, containing odours effectively. For additional freshness, empty the general waste bucket regularly and wipe the inside of the lid with a mild disinfectant weekly.
Is this compatible with my existing cabinet?
If your base unit has the correct internal width (300mm minimum) and is a standard 720mm height, this system will fit. It retrofits into existing kitchens — no need to replace the cabinet carcass.
